2:13 PM - My cellphone rings. It is Steve, who is just passing by Grand Ledge on his way home from up North and wants to know if we'll go out for food when he arrives.
2:45 PM - Steve arrives, and we go with Beau down to eat at Sahara's on Jolly & Okemos.
3:23 PM - Steve mentions that he got into a milk-drinking contest last weekend with his friends back home. After making it 5/8 of the way through a gallon of 2%, he says he ran out and threw up in the driveway.
3:24 PM - Beau and I are shown a photo on Steve's phone of a huge puddle of milk-vomit.
3:25 PM - Steve begins trying to con Beau into another act of competitive eating. Ten dollars is set as the prize for downing a gallon of skim milk in 30 minutes.
3:40 PM - A gallon of skim milk is purchased from the 7-11 near Sahara's.
3:45 PM - We arrive back at the apartment.
3:51 PM - Beau begins to drink.
